Residential Projects Worth $1.5 Billion to Enhance Housing in Dubai
The initiative will see the construction of 3,004 new homes across various regions in Dubai.
HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, has approved the launch of new housing projects valued at AED 5.4 billion (USD 1.5 billion) to bolster residential development for Emirati citizens. The initiative will see the construction of 3,004 new homes across various regions in Dubai, including 1,181 units in Latifa City for citizens eligible under the housing loan category.
Additionally, it features 606 homes in Al Yalayis 5, 432 homes in Wadi Al Amardi, 398 homes in Al Awir 1, 200 homes in the Makan area of Hatta, 120 homes in Oud Al Muteena, and 67 homes in Dubai's countryside and rural areas.
