The figure includes both domestic and international travellers, marking a significant increase compared to previous years and highlighting the Kingdom’s emergence as a leading global destination.
The growth follows sustained investment in hospitality, cultural, and entertainment sectors, including giga-projects such as NEOM, the Red Sea Project, and Diriyah, alongside nationwide festivals and heritage events. The country’s efforts to diversify its economy and promote year-round tourism continue to attract visitors from across the region and beyond.
The Ministry of Tourism reaffirmed its target of reaching 150 million visitors by 2030, aligning with Vision 2030’s goal of making tourism a central pillar of the national economy.
