Saudi Film Confex Invites Creatives for Immersive Industry Experience

The Saudi Film Commission is set to host the second Saudi Film Confex from October 9th to the 12th in Riyadh, featuring a dynamic lineup of activities for industry professionals and creatives.

This year's event will centre around a special business hub designed for networking, allowing attendees to sign agreements and forge partnerships. Consultation platforms will provide advice on various filmmaking aspects, from financing to production.

For those seeking hands-on experience, the On-Set Challenge invites visitors to explore different film crew roles, including acting, photography and directing. Additionally, the Film Talk segment will showcase insights from prominent industry figures sharing their success stories.

Families can also participate, as the event features interactive zones for children and young adults. The Junior Filmmaker zone will introduce filmmaking basics, while the Cinematic Arts zone will explore makeup and costume design.

The Saudi Film Confex will also include an exhibition highlighting key filming locations and a specialised conference with 30 panel discussions and 15 workshops on various industry topics.
