Smart Robot Service for Pilgrims Powers On in Madinah
The Smart Robot service aims to broadcast educational messages, guidance and health advice for visitors of Saudi monuments.
The Madinah Authority of the Saudi Ministry of Health has launched a Smart Robot service near the Prophet’s Mosque.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the service aims to present and broadcast educational messages, guidance and health warnings to pilgrims in the street in over 96 global languages.
At the same time, over 12 volunteer and awareness teams, made up of over 220 volunteers and organised by the Ministry of Health, continue to provide health and emergency services during the Hajj season in the areas surrounding the Prophet’s Mosque, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Haramain Train Station, as well as the Quba, Khandaq, Sayyid Al-Shuhada and Miqat Dhul-Hulaifa Mosques.
