Alongside Nour’s new role, Tarek Makhlouf has been named Managing Director, with other key members including Saif El-Waziri, Mohamed El-Saadi, and Tamer Morsi joining the restructured board of directors. As part of the partnership, Tarek Nour Holding Company will bring in specialised media experts to collaborate with the current UMS management.
