Three Female Judges Appointed to State Council’s Technical Office

For the first time since its establishment, the Technical Office of the State Council will welcome three female judges among its ranks, as part of decision (600) of the new policy for judicial year 2024/2025.

The three judges - counsellor Hend Ahmed Ali Elewa, counsellor Radwa Helmy Ahmed, and counsellor Mona Mahmoud Ahmed - will begin their work at the Technical Office starting October 2024. The decision comes after nearly three years of women serving in judicial roles within the council, and is reportedly the result of the three judges’ excellence in their roles.

The new judicial year will also see the appointment of 108 counsellors to the Supreme Administrative Court, 1,239 counsellors to the Administrative Court, 568 counsellors to the Administrative and Disciplinary Courts, and 1,700 counsellors to the State Commissioners Authority.
