Tough Mudder Middle East Returns to Dubai This February

Tough Mudder Middle East will return to Dubai on February 7th, 2026, taking over The Sevens Stadium with a full day of obstacle racing and endurance challenges. The event brings together competitive participants and spectators for a programme built around high-intensity courses and team-based challenges.
This year’s lineup includes obstacles such as Pyramid Scheme, Everest and Funky Monkey, alongside returning challenges including Arctic Enema, Electroshock Therapy and Hydrophobia. These feature as part of the Tough Mudder 5K, which is open to participants aged 14 and above and includes more than 12 obstacles designed to test strength, coordination and teamwork.
Younger participants aged 4 to 14 can take part in dedicated 1–3 km courses tailored to different age groups, with finishers receiving headbands and medals. Beyond the races, the event will also include food trucks, live music and on-site activations throughout the day. Registration for Tough Mudder Middle East is open via the event’s official website.
