TriYas 2025: The Ultimate Day-to-Night Triathlon Returns to Abu Dhabi

TriYas, the region’s only day-to-night triathlon, will return for its 15th edition at Yas Marina Circuit on February 8th, 2025. 

Since its inception, this Abu Dhabi-based community event has attracted over 15,000 participants. TriYas brings together the UAE’s health and fitness community, from first-time participants to seasoned athletes, for an action packed day of physical challenges. Offering activities from swimming and running to roller skating, TriYas provides an opportunity for attendees of all ages and abilities to achieve their personal fitness goals on an unparalleled stage.

Aiming to encourage the next generation of athletes in the UAE, TriYas’ junior categories, including TriKIDS, have seen growing participation. The 2024 edition marked a historic milestone, with over 270 participants aged 14 and under. 

To help those preparing to participate in TriYas, the events organiser, Ethara, also runs the Yas Marina Circuit’s free-to-enter TrainYAS program available year-round for anyone to run, walk or cycle the iconic track..
