Turkish Industrial Zone to Be Built in New Administrative Capital
5,000 Turkish factories are projected to generate approximately 25,000 jobs for Egyptian citizens.
The Egyptian government has announced plans to establish a Turkish industrial zone in the New Administrative Capital, aimed at enhancing economic cooperation and attracting Turkish investment. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to increase foreign direct investment and create job opportunities, with projections of 5,000 Turkish factories set to generate approximately 25,000 jobs for Egyptian citizens.
In conjunction with the establishment of the industrial zone, the Egyptian government is facilitating an exchange of expertise in various sectors, promoting collaboration through 17 signed agreements with Turkiye, including those focused on cultural and educational initiatives.
