UAE Coalition Wins Bid for Development of National Party HQ Building

Soliman disclosed that a foreign coalition, primarily comprising UAE entities, emerged as the winning bidder after competing against three other coalitions, with the final signing of the agreement expected to occur soon.

In January 2023, the Egyptian government announced that the former headquarters of the National Party would be demolished, with a portion of the land given to the nearby Egyptian Museum in Tahrir.  

The development plans for the site include a hotel, commercial and residential components, as well as hotel apartments or apartments for sale.
