The Abu Dhabi Media Office announced that 12 people were injured following a missile interception in the Ajban area.
According to the statement, six Nepalese and five Indian nationals sustained minor to moderate injuries, while one Nepalese individual was reported to be in a more serious condition.
The update came roughly three hours after officials initially confirmed that air defence systems had successfully intercepted an incoming attack, with debris later falling in Ajban.
