The UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that the country has been targeted by more than 1,000 Iranian attacks, a figure that exceeds the combined total directed at all other countries in the region.
The Ministry of Defence provided a breakdown of the engagement, revealing that air defenses successfully intercepted 755 of the 812 drones detected.
Additionally, UAE forces neutralised 172 out of 186 ballistic missiles - with 13 others falling into the sea - and destroyed all eight detected cruise missiles.
Despite the high interception rate, the Ministry confirmed three fatalities and 68 minor injuries resulting from the strikes, asserting that early warning systems and defensive deployments will remain on 24-hour alert.
