UAE Renters & Landlords Now Enable Digital Rent Payments
A new rental payment platform digitizes rental transactions, removing the hassle of dealing with cheques.
Paying rent just got easier for residents of the UAE – well, logistically, anyway.
Available to both renters and landlords, a new digital payment platform has been developed as part of a collaboration between Keyper, a leading property management platform, and Direct Debit System, the UAE’s first paperless direct debit marketplace.
This system aligns with the UAE’s goal of encouraging digital transactions, replacing the error-prone system of cheque acceptance, management, and processing. It will also reduce the costs associated with the previous system while making money available to landlords immediately with Keyper’s ‘Rent Now Pay Later’ option. This platform is especially convenient for non-resident UAE renters and property investors, who will be able to take care of their bills and receive payments from anywhere in the world.
