The world’s very first fully air-conditioned outdoor walkway has just been unveiled in Abu Dhabi.
Engineered for year-round comfort, the walkway maintains a steady 24°C through an advanced integrated cooling system. Additionally, the structure incorporates sound-insulated walls for a quieter, more peaceful pedestrian experience, while its design allows natural sunlight to filter through without compromising the cool air.
Located in Abu Dhabi’s Al Nahyan neighborhood, the walkway features retail outlets, cafés, and outdoor seating, allowing visitors to shop and dine outside in a cool atmosphere.
