Yacht Club Restaurant Docks at Bulgari Resort Dubai

Luxury hotel Bulgari Resort Dubai is expanding its fine dining offering with the introduction of the Yacht Club Restaurant. Nestled on the end of the Marina, the restaurant overlooks a 46-boat harbour and is the latest culinary conception of critically acclaimed chef Niko Romito, who is also behind the hotel’s two Michelin starred restaurant Il Ristorante.

Inspired by the charming fish trattorias along the Italian Adriatic coast, the restaurant focuses on seafood, priding itself on sourcing the finest fish produce and grilling dishes over wood and charcoal. From raw crustaceans to Linguine Alle Vongole Veraci and Risotto Alla Marinara, the menu promises an exquisite culinary adventure, rounded off with indulgent desserts like Tiramisu and Vanilla Panna Cotta.
