At this point, B Laban are no longer making desserts — they’re conducting stunts. The latest: the Fazea Chocolate Cake, a glossy cocoa monument that looks like it should come with crowd control.
It’s built from layers of Swiss chocolate cake, caramelized crunch, and buttery caramel cream, all buried under Belgian ganache thick enough to qualify as insulation. It’s indulgent, excessive, and very aware of it.
