Coming in medium, large and 360 degree sizes, Simos’ cheesecakes cover both regular (European) and Basque (San Sebastian) territories of flavour. Simos has managed to, whilst maintaining a soft creamy interior, burn the Basque to a beautifully caramelised crisp that can either be eaten solo or drenched in pistachio cream.
