New Cairo's Not Toys Café looked at Ramadan’s most classic dessert and decided it needed ears.
The 5A café, home to soft colours, Wonderland energy, and teddy mascots that quietly supervise your coffee order, has introduced a bear-shaped maa'moul for the season. It’s the same buttery, crumbly cookie you know, just moulded into a very polite-looking teddy.
On-brand doesn’t even begin to cover it. In a space where plush figures already live on the walls and shelves, turning maa'moul into one of them feels inevitable.
