Saints by BRGR Now Serves Matcha Gelato

Almost a year ago, Saints quietly added gelato to the menu. What stood out — and, briefly, steadied the nerves — was the absence of matcha.

That absence has since been addressed. Saints has now introduced three matcha gelato flavours to the lineup — a move that reads as a straightforward response to where tastes currently sit.

The new range spans classic, coconut, and strawberry. The classic is smooth and rounded, the coconut carries flakes folded through the base, and the strawberry comes studded with real fruit.
