Midweek plans in New Cairo are getting a sushi update, with Buoy by Kiki’s bringing back its Wednesday lineup at New Cairo's Garden 8.

The restobar, a sister spot to Kiki’s, usually leans Mediterranean, with a menu of shareable plates and cocktails in a relaxed, coastal-style space. On Wednesdays, sushi takes over, with a mix of rolls and raw dishes alongside set options of 30, 50, or 70 pieces—depending on how deep you want to go. The selection ranges from salmon and tuna maki to fried rolls like shrimp dynamite and spicy lemon.

For anyone not in a sushi mood, it’s not a strict takeover—there are still comfort-leaning options like pastas, risottos, and mains like chicken souvlaki and ossobuco on the table.
