Jaipur Rugs Will Showcase Exclusive Carpet Collection at INDEX

Jaipur Rugs, the largest manufacturer of handmade rugs in India, will be showcasing a curated collection of their one-of-a-kind creations at INDEX Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom’s leading interior design trade event from September 17th to the 19th.

The Indian brand was founded in 1978 and sells to over 90 countries across the globe, with a community of over 40,000 artisans who produce over 10,000 designs. Their exhibition will include contemporary and transitional rugs, which are not merely decorative items, but luxury statement pieces that embody the ancient Indian tradition of carpet-weaving.

Visitors to Booth 6C11 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Centre will be able to see the exclusive Manchaha Rug Collection, a celebration of emotions, daily life and the harmony which connects us all.

One artwork on display will be a rug entitled ‘Titli’ by Santosh, a design depicting a caterpillar’s transition from cocoon to butterfly in flight, representnig the artisan’s personal journey of discovering one’s true potential.
