The original NOTO Paris is located on Rue Du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris, France. It was created by the Moma Group, which oversees more than 20 restaurants. The founders of the group, Benjamin Patou and Laura Gonzalez, were inspired by Sicily's rich history and sought to bring its vibrant cuisine and culture to Paris.

The Jeddah branch will draw inspiration from the Baroque architecture of Sicily. The menu is set to be a fusion of Arabic, Andalusian, Greek, and Latin flavours. Diners can look forward to dishes like Linguine with Bottarga, Saffron Risotto, Sea Carpaccio, Tiramisu and Vitello Tonnato.
The exact opening date for the Jeddah branch remains unconfirmed.
