Sankari & IHG to Launch World's First Regent Residences in Dubai

Sankari, a luxury real estate developer based in Dubai, has partnered with IHG Hotels & Resorts to launch the world’s first Regent Residences in Dubai. Situated at Marasi Marina, the development will offer panoramic views of Dubai Creek and Downtown. 

Designed by Foster + Partners, the cascading twin-tower structure will feature 63 upper luxury full-floor residences, each equipped with a private swimming pool, and ten floating homes. 

Residents will have access to world-class amenities, including health and fitness centers, a golf simulator, a cinema and a gaming room. Additional facilities include tennis and padel courts, a private dining room, a cigar lounge and a wine cellar. Business lounges, a spa, and a residents’ lounge are also part of their exclusive offerings.
