UAE Cycling Team Makes History With Six Medals at Track Asia Cup

The UAE national cycling team wrapped up its run at the Track Asia Cup in Bangkok on August 30th, 2025, with a record-breaking performance, bringing home six medals—three gold and three silver—marking its best showing in the tournament’s history.

Cyclist Mohammed Al-Mutawaei led the charge, clinching two golds in the omnium and individual pursuit events, while Youssef Amiri secured another gold in the individual pursuit.
