Qatar to Host ONE Championship Martial Arts Events in 2027

Qatar will host a new run of major martial arts events beginning in March 2027, with ONE Championship bringing MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing and submission grappling bouts back to the country under a renewed three-year agreement with Visit Qatar.

The first event will take place at Aspire Dome in Doha on Friday, March 26th, 2027. The fight card has not yet been announced, but it is expected to include World Championship bouts, international fighters and athletes from across the Middle East. Ticket details will be released in the coming months, while early registration is now open.

The return follows ONE 166 in March 2024 and ONE 171 in February 2025, the Singapore-based martial arts promotion’s first two events in Qatar. ONE 171 featured World Championship fights in both kickboxing and MMA at Lusail Sports Arena.

Multiple events are planned in Qatar throughout the renewed three-year agreement, although no further dates or fighters have been confirmed.
