Saudi Airports Handled 140.9 Million Passengers in 2025
New air transport figures show average daily passenger traffic across domestic and international flights in Saudi Arabia.
Passenger traffic through Saudi Arabia’s airports reached 140.9 million travellers during 2025, according to the latest air transport statistics bulletin released by the General Authority for Statistics.
The report tracked passenger movements across domestic and international flights operating through airports across the Kingdom over the calendar year.
According to the bulletin, average daily passenger traffic reached approximately 178,600 travellers on domestic routes and 207,700 travellers on international flights.
The figures reflect airport activity across Saudi Arabia’s aviation network, distinguishing between internal travel and cross-border air traffic recorded throughout the year.
The bulletin also stated that Saudi Arabia ranked 18th globally in the 2025 air connectivity index, compared to 17th place in 2024.
