Following a series of impactful singles, Moroccan superstar Manal unveils her long-awaited sophomore album, ‘Arabic Heartbreak’. Spanning 15 tracks with a runtime of nearly 45 minutes, the album features collaborations with artists like Tagne, Amir Obè and Elena Rose, among others.

The album integrates traditional Arabic instrumentation with contemporary electronic production. Manal’s captivating vocals add emotional depth to the tracks, complementing the layered production.

Drawing from a wide array of styles and influences, the album explores Afrobeat in her collaboration with Tagne on ‘Machi Sahel’, where their chemistry results in one of the album’s standout moments. It also ventures into Latin pop on ‘Free’, featuring American singer Elena Rose, among other sub-genres. Though the album experiments with diverse genres, its production remains grounded in Moroccan and Arabic instrumentation, ensuring a cohesive atmosphere throughout the record.
