Noha’s ‘Law F Zaman Tany’ is a Meditation on Love That Came Too Late
After years of working behind the scenes, the Cairo-based artist steps back in the spotlight with a bossa nova sound.

Following several years of working as a music executive spotlighting emerging talents, Cairo-based singer-songwriter, Noha, has returned with soft relaunch single, ‘Law F Zaman Tany’.
Having grown up between Egypt, France, Lebanon and the UK, Noha naturally absorbed a diverse mix of musical influences, from classical, jazz and soul to R&B, afrobeats and reggaeton, as well as hip-hop. Her earlier work often explored the meditative side of her musical outlook, weaving in sound healing elements, like chants and ethereal soundscapes that felt like sonic therapy.
In her latest offering, ‘Law F Zaman Tany’, Noha diversifies her palette, venturing into the warm rhythms of bossa nova. The track feels as much nostalgic as it feels timeless, carried by a gentle Afro-Latin groove and subtle bass riffs with Noha’s soulful, laid-back vocals laced with a subtle jazz sensibility. Beneath its breezy and soothing rhythm lies a deeper mellow reflection on missed timing, failed relationships and the bittersweet ache of meeting the right person at the wrong moment.
With ‘Law F Zaman Tany’, Noha has reintroduced herself with a sound that’s both vulnerable and self-assured. In a way, it feels like a reminder that it is never too late to restart and pursue your dreams (and maybe quit that career if it is not serving you).
