We’re back with a new instalment of ‘Shuffle’, our bi-weekly dive into the standout releases from the region and its diaspora across all genres.
This week, the playlist features NYC-based Egyptian rapper and singer Felukah with ‘Dahabeya’, a preview single from her upcoming new album, Kuwaiti psychedelic indie rockers Galaxy Juice with ‘Get It Over’, and Moroccan-Algerian rising star Sabri with a neo-soul-leaning R&B gem, ‘Loved You’.
Our selections also include the Arab revolutionary duo Maii & Zeid, making a comeback with ‘Fashii’, Hip-hop and R&B collective Kallemi with debut single ‘One Day’, and Egyptian alternative supernova with ‘El Fetra’.
