Mountain View to Host June’s Creative Industry Summit at Heartwork

Mountain View and the Creative Industry Summit (C-S) have joined forces to bring the event’s 28th edition to Heartwork, iCity New Cairo, this June. As a strategic partnership that continues their long association, the two parties’ collaboration centres on a shared goal to support Egypt’s creative economy by providing a dedicated space for high-level networking, innovation and professional growth.

The move is about more than just a change of scenery. It’s built on the recognition that for creatives to thrive, they require an environment that mirrors their own energy and ambition. Within this purpose-built setting, both parties aim to establish a space where high-level professional networking and creative exchange occur organically and - more importantly - impactfully.

The partnership was sealed by Sherif Saleh, Managing Director, Mountain View International & Commercial Real Estate, in the presence of Eng. Wael Lotfy, Co-CEO of Mountain View, and Mai Salama, Founding Partner of the Creative Industry Summit.

For Mountain View, the partnership aligns with its philosophy of developing communities that are both functional and liveable. Since 2005, the company has developed over 24 projects across West Cairo, East Cairo, and coastal areas, driven by a unique vision of ‘Developing the Land and Bringing Happiness to Those Around Us’ - a vision that remains aligned with that of C-S.

"We are delighted to continue our collaboration with Creative Industry Summit, a highly influential platform that brings together some of the brightest minds and leading experts in the creative industries. This partnership reflects our belief in the importance of supporting Egypt's creative communities and our commitment to providing inspiring spaces that foster creativity, interaction, the exchange of ideas, and new opportunities for growth. Heartwork is the ideal destination for major events, serving as a vibrant platform where business, creativity, and integrated experiences come together. Through iCity New Cairo, we continue to develop communities that are livable from day one, supporting new ways of living, working, and connecting. This is not just another edition; it is a true shift in energy and vision, and an open invitation to explore what comes next."

The feeling on the side of C-S is very much mutual, with Mountain View’s principles speaking to the very core of Salama’s own vision for the summit.

“This partnership with Mountain View marks a new chapter for the Creative Industry Summit, ” she explained. “Bringing C-S to Heartwork is not just about the venue; it’s about co-creating an ecosystem where creativity, business, and innovation converge at scale. Together, we are shaping a platform that empowers the creative community, unlocks new forms of collaboration, and actively contributes to the future of Egypt’s creative economy."

This perspective on a collaborative ecosystem is part of the summit’s long-standing history, not just in Egypt, but in the region. Since its launch in 2014 as the country’s first platform dedicated to the creative industries, C-S has spent the last 12 years enriching creative thinking and providing advanced training for young talent. As a platform, C-S continues to play a leading role in shaping the future of the creative economy, attracting hundreds of leading professionals from around the world.

The 2026 event seeks to depart from conventional conference formats, focusing instead on meaningful dialogue between leaders and innovators regarding the creative economy's role as an engine for economic growth. From design and media to content and storytelling, the summit will explore how creativity and technology can work together to unlock new opportunities and drive the growth of a creative sector that has no bounds.
