New Coastal Wellness Community Norlana Will Be Built in Saudi's NEOM

Norlana, the recently unveiled project by NEOM in north-west Saudi Arabia, is poised to become a thriving community focused on an active lifestyle. 

Located along the Gulf of Aqaba coastline, Norlana will accommodate up to 3,000 residents across 711 properties, encompassing luxurious mansions, apartments and beach villas seamlessly integrated into the surrounding mountains. The plan also includes a 120-berth marina, envisioned as a global centre for superyachts. Residents and guests will have access to a yachting members' club and accessible water taxi services.

To further enhance the community's appeal, an 18-hole golf course will grace the landscape, complemented by an equestrian and polo centre. Opportunities for sailing and diving will also be available.
