Ras Al Khaimah’s Wynn Al Marjan Island Just Unveiled a 98-Berth Marina
The new superyacht marina will have space for vessels up to 85 metres.
Wynn Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah’s already rather ambitious island resort, is making room for some seriously big arrivals, unveiling plans for a 98-berth superyacht marina, designed to welcome vessels stretching up to 85 metres and giving guests the option to arrive at the resort by sea rather than road.
The marina will accommodate both superyachts and megayachts, with Wynn saying it will have capacity for more yachts and larger vessels than any hotel-attached marina in the UAE. And it’s being built as an extension of the resort itself, connecting arrivals straight to its accommodation, restaurants, entertainment and waterfront facilities.
Developed by Wynn Resorts in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, the multibillion-dollar project is scheduled to open in 2027. Alongside its hotel, dining, retail and leisure offerings, the resort will also house the UAE’s first licensed commercial gaming facility, making this one of the country’s most closely watched hospitality developments.
