Nestled amidst the opulence of VIA Riyadh, the hotel stands as the capital’s first boutique-style luxury hotel.
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts makes its debut in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the opening of a new state-of-the-art hotel in Riyadh.
Nestled in the pulsing heart of Saudi Arabia, amidst the opulence of VIA Riyadh - an emerging entertainment destination - The St. Regis Riyadh stands as the capital’s first boutique-style luxury hotel. Seamlessly harmonising with a myriad of high-end fashion boutiques, Michelin-starred restaurants, and swaying palm trees from the surrounding valley, the hotel melds a refined contemporary approach with a homage to centuries-old Saudi history.
Fashioned from ancient Tuwaiq mountain stone, the hotel will bring you back to a bygone age of Arabian elegance. Guests will be greeted by a grand sculptural staircase with a curved layout and a colossal crystal chandelier suspended from its domed ceilings.
Boasting 83 luxurious guest rooms, 21 suites, and a sprawling two-bedroom Royal Suite equipped with separate living and dining spaces, a pantry, and an expansive library, the hotel serves as a most regal retreat. Through marrying metallic hues of gold and copper with soft tones of beige and blue, each room embodies the signature style of St. Regis while incorporating locally inspired design elements.
Alongside the floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the city, each room features walk-in wardrobes catering to those who might have packed a tad excessively for their brief stay. Meanwhile, the walls are adorned with a variety of minimalist artworks that subtly combine Saudi traditional art with modernity.
Perched atop The St. Regis Riyadh’s roof, The Drawing Room is a breakfast and brunch lounge for those amongst us who seek out a main character moment with a cafe au lait in hand. For family gatherings or intimate dinners, on the other hand, Jackie Restaurant offers a hot fusion of American and Greek cuisines within a warm serene ambience. The hotel’s rooftop also features Stella Sky, a lively space with a built-in outdoor pool where you can bask in the ample morning sun or stargaze with your significant other while enjoying live music performances during the evening.
Catering to all of our hedonistic endeavours, The St. Regis Spa is the crème de la crème of the luxury hotel’s lavish offerings. With four treatment rooms, a couple’s suite, sauna, steam rooms, ice fountains and jacuzzis, the spa is an oasis of relaxation and self-care that offers a wide range of treatments to give you that glazed doughnut look, including a 24K Gold and Platinum treatment with AMRA products. And, if you are looking to have a quick workout sesh, there is a fully equipped gym available at any time of the day.
The St. Regis Bar is adorned with striking colourful murals featuring Arabesque motifs intricately crafted with woven wools, embroidery and beading. Their designated ‘Regal Mary’ mocktail, which is a spicy spin on the Bloody Mary, is infused with dates, turmeric and sumac. The St. Regis Riyadh’s ballroom makes for an absolutely regal affair, able to hold 650 guests for events of all kinds - and if that event happens to be a wedding, the beautiful bridal comes with its own private access that is sure to make anyone feel like a queen.
