EGP 3.9 Billion Go Towards Development Projects at Gharbia Governorate
The budget will go towards education, transportation and housing infrastructure projects across Gharbia.

The governorate of Gharbia in Lower Egypt will be the target of 356 development projects at a total cost of EGP 3.9 billion, as part of the Ministry of Planning and Development’s 2022/2023 nationwide sustainable development strategy.
24% of the allocated budget will go towards higher education, 11% will help with housing infrastructure, 8% for education, and 5% will fund transportation projects. The remaining 36% is set to fund a number of other projects across various sectors.
