Egypt to Host Olympics-Qualifying Gymnastics Series for Paris 2024
For the next three years, from March 17th to March 20th, Egypt will host the Olympics-qualifying series for artistic gymnastics with the Federation Internationale de Gymnastique.
The Federation Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) has announced that for the next three years, from March 17th to March 20th, the qualifying series for individual artistic gymnastics for the Paris 2024 Olympics will be held in Egypt.
The Egyptian Gymnastics Federation will be working with the Ministry of Youth and Sports to host the tournaments in Cairo. Egypt is the first African country to host this particular event, although just earlier this year Egypt played host to the artistic gymnastic event in the FIG World Cup 2021 series for the first time ever. Looks like our dazzling dismount after putting on that show left a good enough impression for such a long commitment.
