Sahl Hasheesh to Host International Swimming & Water Polo Festival

The glittering waters of Sahl Hasheesh with its distinctly Hurghada-esque proclivity to year-long summer fun will set the stage for an international open water swimming and water polo festival this October. Nearly 1,000 swimmers, including athletes with disabilities, will flock to Sahl Hasheesh to participate in this massive sports event, which will be hosted by Stroke for Egypt in collaboration with the Egyptian Swimming Federation and Canada’s Global Swim Series, under auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and Red Sea Governorate.
