Sohag Mental Health Hospital Opens Department for Addiction Treatment

A specialised department to treat patients suffering from addiction has opened in Sohag Mental Health Hospital. The department is made up of 18 residential rooms, recreational areas with green spaces, rooms for individual and group therapy, and a fully stocked pharmacy.

The inauguration coincides with the Sohag governorate's plans to launch a campaign to raise awareness on addiction in cooperation with the Addiction Treatment and Abuse Fund.
