14th Edition of Luxor African Film Festival Honours Khaled El Nabawy
This year’s edition is dedicated to the late Nour El Sherif, and also marks the centennial of the iconic Shoukry Sarhan.
The Luxor African Film Festival has announced plans to honour acclaimed Egyptian actor Khaled El Nabawy in its 14th edition. The festival also revealed that four of El Nabawy's films will be screened as part of the celebration.
This year’s edition is dedicated to the late cinematic legend Nour El Sherif and also marks the centennial of the iconic Shoukry Sarhan.
In addition to El Nabawy, the festival will pay tribute to several prominent figures in African cinema, including Egyptian director Magdy Ahmed Aly, Senegalese filmmaker Moussa Sène Absa, Ghanaian actress and director Akosua Busia, and Tunisian actor Ahmed Hafiane.
