Adam Henein Museum Opens for Free Ahead of GEM Launch

The Adam Henein Museum in Al Harraniya will open free to the public from November 1st to the 7th to mark the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum. Founded by the Adam Henein Foundation, the museum houses over 4,000 works by the sculptor and painter Adam Henein (1929 – 2020), including sculptures in granite and bronze and a trove of personal sketches and manuscripts. Visitors can explore the three-storey museum daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, taking in the landscaped grounds and sculptural installations that reflect the artist’s engagement with material, space, and Egyptian identity.
