Ahmed El Saadany & Amina Khalil to Star in New Ramadan 2025 Series
Airing Ramadan 2025, ‘Lam Shamseya’ will see El Saadany and Khalil acting as a married couple.
Egyptian actor Ahmed El Saadany is set to star in a new Ramadan series titled ‘Lam Shamsiya’, set to air in 2025. El Saadany will take on the role of a husband, acting alongside Amina Khalil as his wife.
Written by Mariam Naoum and directed by Karim El-Shenawy, the drama series will tackle the topic of child abuse. The cast will also feature Mohamed Shahin, Yousra El-Lozy and Tharaa Goubail, amongst others.
The series marks El Saadany's return to the Ramadan drama scene after his absence in 2024, following his last appearance in ‘Serro Batee’ in Ramadan 2023. Amina Khalil would also be making her return to Ramadan after a one-year hiatus, marking her first absence in 13 years.
