El Le'ba Season 5 to Begin Filming in July Ahead of September Release
The original cast, including Chico, Hesham Maged, and Mai Kassab will return for the new season.
Director Moataz El Tony has announced that filming for the fifth season of the comedy series El Le'ba will begin in July 2025, with its release scheduled for September on digital platforms. The original cast - including Chico, Hesham Maged, Ahmed Fathi, Mohamed Tharwat, Mai Kassab, Mirna Gamil, Sami Maghawry, and Arefa Abdel Rasoul - will return for the new season.
The series is written by Ahmed Saad Wali, Ibrahim Saber, and Mohamed Salah Khattab, and directed by El Tony.
El Tony also achieved notable success during Ramadan 2025 with his series El Captain, starring Akram Hosny, and is currently preparing for a new film project, Zawgat Ragol Mesh Mohem, featuring Akram Hosny and Yasmine Abdel Aziz.
