Egyptian superstar Menna Shalaby will soon make her musical theatre debut in a play written by Egyptian writer Medhat El Adl.
Egyptian superstar Menna Shalaby is venturing into a new artistic territory, making her musical theatre debut in a play written by famed Egyptian writer Medhat El Adl. The renowned writer revealed the project is currently in the development stage and is set to feature a set of diverse dance and musical performances.
The actress recently starred in the Ramadan show ‘Taghyeer Gaw’ (2023) and is most known for her daring roles, from ‘El Saher’ (2001) to ‘Banat Wust El Balad’ (2005) and ‘Diamond Dust’ (2018). Shalaby also received her first nomination for the International Emmy Award in 2021 for her role in 'Every Week Has a Friday'.
