Official Song Announced for 53rd UAE Eid Al Etihad
'Badou Baniina Ummah', which means ‘Bedouins Built a Nation’ in Arabic, celebrates the nation's heritage and future vision.
The committee in charge of organising the 53rd UAE Eid Al Etihad has officially unveiled the event’s official song, ‘Badou Baniina Ummah’ (‘Bedouins Built a Nation’). The song will be featured during the official Eid Al Etihad show, which will be broadcast live on December 2nd, and is now available on major streaming platforms including Spotify, Anghami, YouTube and Apple Music.
Created by poet Ali Al-Khawar and composer Mohammed Al-Ahmad, and performed by the Emirates Choir, ‘Badou Baniina Ummah’ serves as a tribute to the UAE’s heritage and its forward-looking vision. Through the lyrics, the duality between Bedouin values and modernity is likened to the Pleiades star, a historic symbol of guidance for ancestors that now represents the nation’s achievements.
