Reading Meets Heritage at the Fourth Luxor Book Fair

The fourth edition of the Luxor Book Fair will take place from October 15th to the 24th, continuing its mission to make books and knowledge more accessible across Egypt’s governorates. The fair is held under the patronage of Minister of Culture Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hano and organised by the Egyptian General Book Organization, in collaboration with the House of Poetry and the Public Library of Luxor.

Visitors will find a wide selection of books spanning literature, art, and history, all available at affordable prices. Alongside the exhibitions, the fair’s programme includes talks, poetry readings, literary discussions, musical performances, and children’s art workshops, creating a dynamic space for cultural exchange.

This year’s edition highlights Luxor’s artistic and historical character, while strengthening the connection between writers and readers.
