Star-Studded Film ‘Ezma’ Wraps Shooting

Popular novelist Mohamed Sadek has wrapped filming on his directorial debut, Ezma, produced by Hani Osama’s The Producers in coproduction with Film Clinic and Shofha Productions.

Adapted from Sadek’s bestselling novel, Ezma follows Issa El Shawaf, a man stuck in the monotony of post-breakup life until a chance reunion with a childhood friend and a stack of old videotapes send him on a journey of self-discovery.

Starring Ahmed Dawood, Salma Abu Deif, Passant Shawky, Jessica Hossam El Din, and Hamza Diab, the film unfolds across two intertwined timelines, exploring themes like memory, identity, and emotional healing.

The film is set to hit theaters across Egypt soon.
