Cairo-Based Entlaq Partners With Indian Agri-startup Ninjacart
The partnership will see Ninjacart’s expansion into Egypt in order to support burgeoning agri-startups across the country.
Entlaq, a Cairo-based entrepreneurship think tank, announced a strategic partnership with Ninjacart, an India-based agri-startup, to upgrade the Egyptian agri-startup ecosystem.
The partnership will focus on supporting farm-to-fork agri-startups across Egypt by providing them with Ninjacart's technology platform, supply chain management solutions and advisory services. With Ninjacart's expansion into Egypt through its global initiative, NinjaVentures, the collaboration will enable direct connections between farmers and markets across the country.
With agriculture in the Egyptian market estimated at $5.20 billion in 2024, and growing at a CAGR of 3.20% until 2029 according to a study by Mordor Intelligence, agri-startups are expected to contribute significantly to this key sector in the Egyptian economy.
