A new housing package valued at over AED 2 billion has been approved to support Emirati citizens in Dubai. The funding will back the construction of 1,163 residential units across four locations: Wadi Al-Amardi, Al Aweer, Hatta, and Oud Al Muteena.
The distribution of units includes 432 homes in Wadi Al-Amardi, valued at AED 767.9 million; 398 in Al Aweer, valued at AED 734.1 million; 213 in Hatta, valued at AED 508.5 million; and 120 in Oud Al Muteena, valued at AED 113.8 million. Each of the planned communities will be equipped with advanced infrastructure, public services, and amenities designed to support family life and community stability.
The housing projects are being developed with a focus on modern design, sustainability, and high architectural and engineering standards. Emphasis is being placed on meeting the evolving needs of Emirati families, with attention to privacy, comfort, and overall well-being.
The announcement was made following a visit by the Crown Prince of Dubai to the Wadi Al-Amardi housing project.
