Saudi Arabia ranked 16th globally in the 2024 Social Responsibility Index, reflecting an increase in corporate participation in social responsibility programmes across the Kingdom.
According to data reported by the Saudi Press Agency, the total value of social responsibility initiatives exceeded SAR 5 billion, equivalent to more than $1.3 billion, based on programmes recorded across sectors.
Figures published through the government’s unified digital portal show that 71.67% of large companies in Saudi Arabia have adopted corporate social responsibility programmes. The data captures participation from private sector entities alongside public and non-profit organisations, with initiatives tracked under a national framework managed by relevant authorities.
