Al-Ahly FC has been crowned the most decorated football club in the world, with over 129 titles. This recognition was confirmed in a recent report by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS), which updated its ranking.

Founded in 1907, Al-Ahly has consistently demonstrated its dominance in Egypt and on the continental stage, with achievements in the Egyptian Premier League, CAF Champions League and various other prestigious competitions.

The list of the top eight most decorated football clubs in the world includes Celtic FC in second place with 119 titles, Rangers FC with 118 titles, and Club Nacional with 116 titles. Other clubs in the top eight include Linfield FC, Real Madrid CF, CA Peñarol and Barcelona, with the latter recently reaching the 100-trophy milestone.
