All Muslims With a Valid Saudi Visa Are Eligible to Perform Umrah
This includes those on tourist e-visas, work visas, family visas, transit/stopover visas, and others, eliminating previous restrictions on visa types.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that all Muslims holding a valid Saudi visa are now eligible to perform Umrah. This includes those on tourist e-visas, work visas, family visas, transit/stopover visas, and others, eliminating previous restrictions on visa types.
To streamline the process, pilgrims are encouraged to use the Nusuk Umrah platform, where they can select packages, receive their Umrah visa electronically, and schedule timings flexibly.
The ministry said the change reflects Saudi Arabia’s commitment to making the pilgrimage more accessible, supporting global worshippers, and enhancing the spiritual experience.
